Setting up and managing workspaces

Appinio Workspaces are designed to help larger teams manage multiple projects and users within a single account. Each workspace operates independently, with its own projects, members, and credit balance.

Creating a Workspace
To create a workspace:

  1. Click the account icon in the top left corner of the left-hand toolbar from the main research page. A dropdown will appear showing your current workspace.

  2. Click "+ Create a new Workspace".

  3. Fill in the requested information in the pop-up window

  4. Confirm.

Workspace ownership

Each user can own only one workspace. However, you can be a member of multiple workspaces if invited by another workspace owner. If you require more than one workspace, contact your Appinio administrator and they will set it up for you.

Managing credits across workspaces

If you operate across multiple workspaces, your Appinio administrator can split your credit balance across them as needed. Contact your administrator to request a credit allocation adjustment.
