A Likert Scale question is similar to a Matrix question but focuses on a single statement rather than multiple topics. Use it when you want to measure a respondent's level of agreement, satisfaction, or sentiment toward one specific item.
The setup process is identical to the Matrix question, with the exception that there is no Topics section. You write a single statement in the question field and configure your answer scale as described in the Matrix article above.
