This Statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 by Appinio GmbH on behalf of itself and its subsidiaries (together, “Appinioˮ), including Appinio Limited (registered in England and Wales).
It sets out the steps Appinio has taken during the financial year ending 31/12/2026 to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
Appinio is a market research company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany, providing an AI-powered platform
for consumer surveys and insight. Our services are digital, and our supply chain consists primarily of technology and IT services, third-party research panel and fieldwork providers, professional services and general business operations. As a services and technology business, our direct operations are considered low risk for modern slavery, and the residual risks in our supply chain are concentrated in a small number of categories.
Appinio has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced and child labour, and any form of exploitation. Our commitment is reflected in our Code of Conduct and Whistleblowing Policy both of which apply across the Group. All employees are engaged on written contracts that comply with local
employment law and are paid at or above the applicable statutory minimum wage.
During the financial year, we operated a risk-based due-diligence process for new and existing suppliers and
maintained a confidential whistleblowing channel available to employees, suppliers and third parties. No substantiated incidents of modern slavery were identified in our operations during the reporting period. We will
continue to review and strengthen our approach.
This Statement was approved by the Management Board of Appinio GmbH on 14th August 2026 in accordance with section 54(6) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. It will be reviewed and updated annually.
