Additional top/bottom KPIs, more control over your analysis

You can now see more of the top and bottom metrics that matter for your analysis. For Likert and Matrix questions, we’ve expanded the KPIs beyond the usual Top/Bottom 1 and 2 to include Top/Bottom 3, 4, and 5 depending on the scale:

  • 6–7 point scales: Top/Bottom 1–3

  • 8–9 point scales: Top/Bottom 1–4

  • 10–11 point scales: Top/Bottom 1–5

This gives you a broader, more precise view of strengths and opportunities - from major drivers to smaller details - so you can focus on the insights that truly matter.
