In 2023, a milestone year for Appinio, the company completed 10,000 market research projects for clients. The German company further advanced its sustainable expansion of its customer footprint in the Spanish, French, UK, and US markets, with additional progress in Latin America. The two newcomers will play a crucial role in upscaling Appinio – following the overarching goal of making market research effortless and help companies make better, data driven decisions through real-time market research.
Samer Ragheb, Director of Marketing
Appinio welcomes Samer Ragheb as its new Director of Marketing. In his role, Ragheb will be responsible for growing and structuring a multi-disciplinary marketing function to help accelerate the existing revenue growth. Ragheb comes from extensive experience in the MarTech world across fast-growing startups, scale-ups, and large corporates. His vision will contribute to the company's future growth by driving comprehensive go-to-market strategies and fostering seamless collaboration with internal and external partners. Ragheb joins Appinio from TikTok, where he was most recently leading Business Product Marketing for Europe.
Viktoriya Vasileva, Director of People & Culture
Viktoriya Vasileva joins Appinio as Director of People & Culture, bringing extensive experience from tech scale-ups and regulated industries. In her role, she will define and build the global people strategy, attracting and retaining top talent while fostering a high-performance culture. With a focus on leveraging people data analytics, Vasileva aims to drive meaningful solutions that add value to Appinio and its employees. Having a decade of experience within the German startup ecosystem, Vasileva has held diverse roles in tech scale-ups, med tech, and fin tech, including positions at companies like GetYourGuide and Finoa.
